Senior Cloud Systems Architect (Go / Kubernetes)
Role Overview: We are looking for a Senior Architect to lead the “Un Limited” scaling of our clients’ creative tools. You will be responsible for building the resilient, containerized foundations that allow creative software to transition from startup prototypes to enterprise-ready platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement high-concurrency microservices using Go.
- Manage and optimize multi-region Kubernetes clusters to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Architect automated failover and disaster recovery protocols for high-compute generative AI tools.
- Lead technical due diligence reviews to ensure all builds meet SOC2 and ISO 27001 standards.
The Ideal Candidate:
- 7+ years of experience in backend systems engineering.
- Expertise in gRPC, Protobuf, and building API-first architectures.
- A “security-first” mindset with experience in hardening cloud-native environments.
- Ability to translate complex infrastructure concepts into clear documentation for stakeholders.
Full-Stack Engineer (Python / Creative Intelligence)
Role Overview: As a Full-Stack Engineer at After Waking, you will sit at the intersection of data science and user experience. You will build the intelligent middleware that allows creative tools to process complex data while maintaining a frictionless user interface.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain data-intensive backends using Python (FastAPI/Flask).

Technical Governance & Compliance Lead
Role Overview: This is a critical role for our “Institutional Readiness” mission. You will be the bridge between our engineering team and the legal/financial requirements of our clients. You ensure that every piece of creative software we touch is “Safe for Enterprise.”
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the Legal & Transparency Center, keeping all DPA, SLA, and TDD documentation updated.
- Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments across client environments.
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for client-side procurement and risk-assessment teams.
- Develop internal “Security-by-Design” playbooks for our Go and Python development teams.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Strong background in Cybersecurity or IT Audit.
- Familiarity with global data privacy frameworks (GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA).
