Legal & Transparency

Professional Governance for High-Stakes Innovation.

We operate with a commitment to absolute transparency, ensuring that our technical architecture meets the legal and ethical standards of the global software market.

Our Commitment to Transparency

At After Waking Creative Group Un Limited, we believe that “Unlimited” potential must be grounded in “Unlimited” accountability. This center serves as a centralized repository for the frameworks, policies, and standards that govern our professional relationships. By codifying our technical and legal protocols, we provide our partners and their financial backers with a clear, de-risked path to growth.

1. Master Service Agreement (MSA)

The MSA governs the overarching relationship between The Group and our partners. It defines our professional standards, payment terms, and the framework for our engagement.

  • Key Provision: We maintain strict professional liability insurance and errors and omissions (E&O) coverage, protecting our partners during complex infrastructure migrations.
  • IP Ownership: We maintain a “Work for Hire” standard. All custom code, configurations, and architectural deployments remain the exclusive intellectual property of the client.

2. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

Our SLA is our technical contract with you. It defines the “Unlimited” uptime we promise and the financial accountability we accept if those standards are not met.

  • Target: 99.9% Monthly Uptime for production environments.
  • Accountability: Transparent service credit structures for any documented outages.
  • Response Tiers: Clearly defined P1 through P4 incident response times. [View our Master SLA – PDF]

3. Data Privacy & Processing (DPA)

As a provider for software companies, we act as a Data Processor under various global frameworks. Our Data Processing Addendum (DPA) outlines how we protect the data of your end-users.

  • Framework Alignment: Strictly aligned with GDPR (EU), CCPA (USA), and emerging data sovereignty laws.
  • Zero-Knowledge Protocols: Where possible, we implement architecture that ensures only the client holds the encryption keys to their sensitive user data.
  • Sub-processor Transparency: We maintain a public list of our infrastructure partners, ensuring you always know where your data resides.

4. Technical Due Diligence & Security Standards

We do not ask for your trust; we provide the evidence to earn it. Our Technical Due Diligence (TDD) documentation is updated quarterly to reflect our evolving security posture.

  • Encryption Standards: Enforcement of TLS 1.3 in transit and AES-256 at rest.
  • Audit Readiness: Our environments are built to be “SOC2-Ready,” significantly reducing the time and cost for our partners to achieve their own certifications. [Download our Technical Due Diligence Questionnaire – PDF]

Corporate Ethics & Disclosures

Ethical AI Deployment

For our partners utilizing Python and Golang for generative tools, we adhere to an Ethical AI Policy. We do not participate in projects designed for malicious disinformation or the unauthorized scraping of proprietary creative intellectual property.

Vulnerability Disclosure Program (VDP)

We believe in the strength of the security community. We maintain a formal process for security researchers to report vulnerabilities in our infrastructure, ensuring that any potential risks are mitigated before they can be exploited.

Vendor Independence

To ensure the best interest of our clients, After Waking Creative Group Un Limited remains vendor-agnostic. While we recommend high-performance cloud providers based on technical merit, we do not accept kickbacks or commissions that would influence our architectural recommendations.
